JESS & LYNN SLUSHER - Lead Pastor/Pastor Principal
Jess and Lynn have pastored Faith Community Church since 1990. Jess’ roots are in Quincy where he grew up on his family’s apple orchard. Lynn was born in Roseburg, Oregon, where her Dad was working as a home builder. Her family roots are in Canada, where she was raised in British Columbia for many years before her family settled in Everett, Washington. She moved to Quincy in the late 1970s with her family. Jess and Lynn met in a church small group and were married in 1981. They have four children and enjoy their many grandchildren.

DAVID & KATIE KAYLOR - Associate Pastor/Pastor asociado
David and Katie have been the Associate Pastors at Faith Community Church since 2012. After graduating from Portland Bible College in 2002, David spent a summer in Quincy as a church intern when he started dating Katie and they were married a year later. They spent the next ten years in the Portland/Vancouver area and served in a number of volunteer leadership roles at City Bible Church. Since returning to Quincy to serve at Faith Community Church, they have overseen the Children’s Ministry and young adult ministry. They also own and run a local business and Katie tutors in a local home school community group. But the thing that they love most of all is being a mom and dad to their five kids.
David y Katie han sido pastores asociados en la ICF desde 2012. Después de graduarse de Portland Bible College en 2002, David pasó un verano en Quincy como interno de la iglesia cuando comenzó a salir con Katie y se casaron un año más tarde. RAMÓN & ANGELA DE SUZE - Spanish Pastor & Youth Leader/Pastor hispano y líder juvenil
Before coming to FCC, Ramón and Angela had been pastoring youth for eight years. Ramón Grew up in Panama City, Panama and moved to Vancouver, Washington in 2000 to attend Bible college. He holds a doctorate degree in Missions. Angela was born in Roseburg, Oregon. Her parents were worship leaders and children’s ministry pastors in her younger years. Ramón and Angela have been married since 2007 and have four children together.
Antes de venir a ICF, Ramón y Angela habían sido pastores de jóvenes durante ocho años. Ramón creció en la ciudad de Panamá, Panamá, y se mudó a Vancouver, Washington en el año 2000 para asistir a la universidad. Es doctor en Misiones. Angela nació en Roseburg, Oregon.
